Mike Turner founded youbecome® in 2004, after a successful career in sales. His last post was as Regional Sales Director of Experian QAS, a leading provider of contact data management (CDM) software and services. When he set up his company, Mike combined his entrepreneurial flair – he started selling things in his father’s shop when he was 14 – with his passion for training and people development.
As well as being the inspiration behind youbecome®, Mike is a very active coach! He works with over 30 active clients as an executive coach and in his spare time Mike is the very proud coach of Reeds under 14s rugby team. He loves ice hockey and is a keen follower of the Philadelphia Flyers. He would happily base his business in the Alps as he loves to ski - if he could get away with it!
