Turbervilles' Mock Employment Tribunal Hearing at the BullBLUE BOLD H2

On Monday 28 November 2011, we are hosting an HR Seminar which will take the form of a mock employment tribunal hearing. The seminar will be held at the Bull Hotel in Gerrards Cross and will start at 2.00pm with registration from 1.30pm.

If you have ever wondered how a tribunal hearing operates, this is an ideal opportunity to see what happens.  This mock tribunal will deal principally with claims of unfair dismissal and age discrimination.

We are delighted to have secured the services of Nathaniel Caiden and Catherine Richmond – specialist employment law barristers at Cloisters chambers.  The employment judge will again be Turbervilles’ Robert Dixon and Turbervilles' Marc Jones will be the narrator.  Both Robert and Marc are partners in the HR & Employment Department of Turbervilles and named as leaders in employment law in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.

This is a perfect opportunity to see how an employment tribunal hearing works in practice and to ask questions on any aspect of the process.  Delegates will receive an information pack which will consist of a claim form (ET1), response form (ET3), key documents and witness statements so as they can familiarise themselves with the background to the case.
