Would you like to investigate mis-sold PPI on any of your credit agreements NO-WIN, NO-FEE?

I just want to summarise a few points about payment protection insurance (PPI) below:

PPI has been found to be attached to business and personal mortgages, loans, credit cards, overdrafts and goods bought on finance

The key issue is if a lender has fulfilled their duty of care to sell you a financial product that is suitable for you

If PPI was added without your knowledge, how could a lender see that it was suitable?

And if they told you about it but did not say and/or ask all that was required (i.e. enquiring whether you had already taken this out elsewhere, as having it once is enough), again it was mis-sold

You don't have to prove it because you're not equals (a layperson vs. a financial institution)

As long as it's still running or was paid off in the last 10 years, you can claim

There is no adverse affect on your credit rating, future lending, or tax position, so the only thing you have to lose is the money you've already paid to your lenders

All you need is the account number or then £10 per lender to find you on their system

Other than that it's a 'NO-WIN, NO-FEE', where you only pay 20% + VAT (=24%) if my recommended solicitors are successful in getting you any dues back

People just haven't got the necessary know-how or time to complain, but when a claim goes through a solicitor it usually carries more weight so you can expect a result within 4-12 weeks with compensation on top

Why you should pick your trades wisely

The majority of retail traders do not pick their trades wisely. They tend to consider the random nature of this market and place a trade on any setup. When you are spread betting, keep in mind that picking your trade is imperative to ensuring your profit. It is like picking the right fruit to eat. If you are in a market and there are lots of sellers calling on you to buy their fruits, you have to understand that not all of them are going to offer you the same quality fruits. Do not think that…See More
