I attended a Mock Employment Tribunal earlier this week. The grounds of the claim were age discrimination, victimisation and harassment. The claimant was claiming against his employer AND against his line manager personally.

Having just got to grips with the recent parental policies (in fact I've just produced a full set of parental policies for a client of mine), the Government has issued a further consultation document seeking to change the rules, yet again.
Not all of it's bad, but it's another layer of changes and confusion for employers to unravel.…
