Yet more parental policies for employers to get to grips with....

Having just got to grips with the recent parental policies (in fact I've just produced a full set of parental policies for a client of mine), the Government has issued a further consultation document seeking to change the rules, yet again. 

Not all of it's bad, but it's another layer of changes and confusion for employers to unravel.
